Wendy is one of the dogs from the hoarding case and because of that we are not sure of her breed. We think she might be a Sheltie.
Wendy is a petite little girl measuring around 17 inches at the shoulder and weighing 23 lbs. She is a little shy at first but warms up quickly. She is crate trained, walks on a leash and is reliable in the house. Wendy loves to be held, is good with dogs but cats are unknown. She likes to be brushed and does well when bathed.
Wendy was very frightened and had flea dermatitis but that is under control now. She will be spayed soon and ready for someone to finish showing her the world and people can be wonderful. Are you the one?
Wendy is being fostered at West Virginia.
