Tessy is the newest addition to TSCR. She is an owner surrender and came to us when her family was losing their home. Sadly, Tessy was kept in a detached garage and came to us severely matted and with severe skin infections and a bad UTI. She had to be shaved.  Tessy has a zest for life, a story to tell, she "talks" to her foster mom all the time. She plays well with her foster siblings and does not mind cats.
