Scout is a family man. He’ll be your couch companion for those Sunday football games -- taking treats gently from your hand -- or he’ll hang around with your other dogs and share his toys.
He’d prefer to be in a multi-collie family, as he can have some separation anxiety if left alone for extended periods. Even with that anxiety, however, his foster home reports that he does not bother anything in the house, he has good manners, he’s not a counter surfer, thunderstorms don’t bother him, and he gets an A+ for house training!
Scout loves to go on walks, and he walks great most of the time, and he’s even been taught to heel. He does need some additional obedience training, however, as he also gets a kick out of barking at joggers and other folks (did we mention he’s a collie?).
Whether your family is big or small, human or dog, it will only get better with Scout as a member.
Scout is being fostered in KY.
