Duffy is a mahogany sable collie that is approximately eight years young. He enjoys playing chase and wrestling with his foster sisters.
Duffy is very affectionate and wants to be the first to greet you when you come home. He loves to be brushed and all you have to do is show him the brush or say the word and he appears.
Duffy gets along with both male and female dogs and likes cats too. He does well with children but because of his large size (28-29 inches tall and 102 pounds) he is probably better suited to a home with older children.
Duffy walks nicely on leash and knows how to sit and lie down when asked. He is still learning to come when his name is called but his foster family is working on this. Duffy has gone to street fairs and festivals and has done well in the crowd.
Duffy does have seizures but they are controlled with medication. He is up to date on all shots and is heartworm negative.
This big boy would make a lovely addition to a family that is ready to give him the love and attention he deserves. Duffy is being fostered in Ohio.
