Clover is an 8 yr old rough collie, sable and white, spayed female. She has spent all of her life as an outside farm dog and now that she had discovered the indoors. Clover is looking for her forever retirement home.
Clover is very sweet and affectionate girl that enjoys lots of snuggles and being with all kinds of people. She can be a bit territorial about food and people. She will do best in a one-dog home without small children.
Even though she had not been an indoor pet before, she has had no house-training accidents and always does her business outside. Clover has not been much of a barker and we are working on crate training. She will go into the crate for a treats without complaining and will sleep all night in her crate.
Clover does not appear to know any commands but she does come when called. She walks easily on a leash and enjoys staying by your side. She can jump a baby gate and tries to open doors by head-butting them.
Clover is a sweet-natured collie girl. She only wants a family that will give her lots of attention and comfortable place to rest.
She is being fostered in West Virginia.
