Look at Brooke! What a beauty, and a sweetheart who just wants to hang out with you and give you one of her collie kisses. Brooke spent the first years of her life outdoors and alone. Then recently, her owner decided to get a couple of puppies, and no longer wanted Brooke. But rather than re-home Brooke, the owner simply decided to have her euthanized. Luckily Brooke had some guardian angels in her life who alerted fellow collie lovers of the impending euthanasia, and Brooke was rescued by a wonderful couple, who contacted TSCR. Brooke's happily ever after began at that very moment, and she is so thankful to be given a second chance at life.
Brooke is eight years old, spayed, current on all shots, housebroken, and she loves riding in the car. All she needs is some basic training, and this smart girl should have no problems with that!
Brooke is currently being fostered and living with a senior male mutt, a five year old female collie, an energetic one year old male collie, two guinea pigs, and three teenagers. Talk about a life change! Brooke went from living
alone outdoors, to immediately fitting in with other dogs and teens. This gentle and mellow girl wants to let you know that "eight is great", and to not pass her by, due to her age. She tells her foster mom that life has just begun, and she can't wait to live the rest of her life indoors with a loving forever family. Can you open your heart up to Brooke? Brook is presently being fostered in Pa.
